We restore and renovate character properties with the care their original craftsmanship deserves, bringing them forward without erasing what makes them distinct. The trees in these neighbourhoods took 50 years to grow and the lot sizes don't exist in new developments. Some things you simply cannot buy new!

We start by understanding how your space needs to function and what it should feel like.
Stage 2
Design Development
Materials, finishes, and fixtures selected and sourced. You see and approve everything before anything gets built.
Stage 3
Project Finalization
Plans locked, trades confirmed, everything ordered. Nothing moves to build until every detail is set.
Stage 4
Construction + Ordering
Build begins. We manage the site, the trades, and the deliveries. Regular updates throughout.
Stage 5
Final Walkthrough + Handover
We walk the completed space together and hand it over finished and ready.
